DESIGN 2024 FINAL SCHEDULE

The conference is scheduled to run full days from May 20 to May 23, 2024, offering a comprehensive and engaging lineup of events tailored to professionals and scholars in our field. Day 1: Monday, May 20th

The conference kicks off with interactive conference workshops and a PhD forum, setting the stage for in-depth learning and collaboration. The late afternoon will feature the opening session and our first keynote speaker, providing valuable insights to set the tone for the days ahead. The day concludes with a Welcome Cocktail, offering a perfect opportunity for networking and relaxation.

Lunch Breaks:

Lunch will be served daily from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, giving attendees a chance to refresh and network.

Day 2 to Day 4: Tuesday, May 21st to Thursday, May 23rd

Morning Sessions:

Each morning will start with topic-oriented sessions divided into two slots, separated by a coffee break to facilitate networking and discussion.

Afternoon Sessions:

On Tuesday and Thursday, we'll reconvene for a keynote session after lunch, followed by a coffee break and afternoon topic sessions.
Wednesday stands out with a Design Debate post-lunch, encouraging a dynamic exchange of ideas, leading into the afternoon topic sessions.

Special Events:

On Tuesday, after the topic-oriented sessions, the late afternoon will feature dedicated slots for meetings organized by various interest groups and presenters.
Thursday’s program will conclude with a closing session, marking the end of our formal agenda.

Evening Highlights:

Conference Dinner: On Wednesday, join us at for the Conference Dinner, a grand affair celebrating the spirit of our community.
Farewell Party: On Thursday, we bid adieu with a Farewell Party, a memorable close to our time together.
