In case of NO SHOW – the hotel will charge your credit card on full amount of your reservation.

Section C. Method of payment

Credit Card
To book your private accommodation, please make an online payment by credit card using the link that will be provided in the confirmation email
Bank transfer
In this case, please pay for your private accommodation using the bank transfer information that will be provided in the confirmation email. The amount should be net of any bank commission!

Please note that all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be added to the net amount of payment!

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For the hotel accommodation, credit card information is required as a guarantee of your arrival.
After April 1st, 2024 PerfectMeetings.hr can not guarantee hotel’s accommodation neither the indicated prices.
PerfectMeetings.hr will send you the confirmation by email.
Changes in accommodation reservations will be subject to an administration charge of 20 EUR.
In case of accommodation cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival date, no charge will incur
From 14 days prior to arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full amount of confirmed accommodation reservation will be charged in case of cancellation.
Notice of any cancellation/change must be sent in writing.
Extra expenses in the hotel must be paid directly by participant.

For private accommodation, payment should be made in advance.
